RX Operations & Intake Coordinator

HydraMed RX is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized RX Operations & Intake Coordinator to support the successful rollout and management of our prescription wellness programs.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring our RX services are operationally ready, accurately structured, and clearly communicated across teams. The ideal candidate is process-driven, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-moving healthcare environment.

Position Overview

The RX Operations & Intake Coordinator serves as the internal liaison between Marketing, Product, Intake Systems, and Clinical Operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring that RX offerings move smoothly from development to launch by coordinating intake setup, confirming operational readiness, and maintaining alignment between teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesIntake & Workflow Coordination

  • Coordinate setup and updates of intake systems such as IntakeQ and Jotform
  • Ensure RX programs have finalized intake workflows before launch
  • Maintain consistency between product offerings and intake forms

Product & Launch Support

  • Track finalized RX product lists for deployment
  • Confirm operational readiness prior to program launches
  • Support alignment between marketing initiatives and RX system capabilities

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between Marketing, RX, and Operations teams
  • Provide clear and structured updates regarding program status
  • Identify and communicate gaps in readiness before launch

Operational Oversight

  • Help prevent premature launches by ensuring systems are fully prepared
  • Support stability of intake processes during program growth
  • Assist in maintaining efficient coordination across departments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating across teams

English Communication Requirement

This role requires a strong command of English.
