Project Overview


As a Retail Reset Merchandiser, your main goal will be to enhance and update product department layouts within retail stores. Key activities include adjusting shelf heights, moving merchandise, executing new planograms, and installing updated signage to promote optimized product flow and visibility.

Resets typically require 8-14 hours per store, depending on each location’s needs. Store clusters are assigned regionally to help streamline travel and ensure reliable weekly assignments throughout each project wave.

Key Responsibilities


- Follow project plans, schedules, and company procedures on each assignment
- Move, arrange, and restock merchandise based on the latest planograms and layouts
- Work collaboratively with your team and store associates for smooth reset execution
- Maintain timely, professional communication with project supervisors and leads
- Use a mobile device for documenting finished work and uploading required photos
- Adhere to all company safety rules and protocols during physical reset tasks

Required Experience


- 6 months to 2+ years of retail reset, merchandising, or fixture installation experience preferred
- Skill in reading and implementing planograms and merchandising instructions
- Background working independently or with teams in resets, fixture assembly, or retail layout projects
- Experience with interpreting store diagrams and fixture plans

Qualifications


- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed for resets
- Comfortable standing, bending, and reaching over an 8-10 hour shift
- Ability to work effectively on your own and within a team environment
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Reliable transportation to stores within your assigned area
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Smartphone required for reporting and communication
- Professional appearance and positive work ethic

Physical Demands


- Standing and walking for long hours during each shift
