Location: 100% Remote Compensation: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour Employment Type: Flexible / Part-Time or Full-Time Experience Level: Beginner (No Experience Required) Job Overview Are you a "people person" who loves to communicate through text? We are looking for Virtual Text Chat Operators to provide real-time assistance and engagement for our clients and customers. In this role, you won't be on the phone; instead, you will use your typing skills to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information via live chat platforms. This is a no-experience-required position. We provide all the training you need to become a pro at digital communication. If you are tech-savvy, helpful, and can type quickly, this is the perfect flexible remote role for you. Key Responsibilities • Live Interaction: Respond to incoming chat requests promptly and professionally. • Problem Solving: Assist users with basic troubleshooting, order tracking, or general inquiries. • Multitasking: Manage 2–3 chat windows simultaneously while maintaining a high quality of service. • Documentation: Use our internal system to log brief summaries of customer interactions. • Brand Voice: Follow company guidelines to ensure a friendly, helpful, and consistent "voice" in every conversation. Requirements & Qualifications • Strong Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 50 WPM to keep up with live conversations. • Excellent English: Strong command of grammar, spelling, and "text etiquette." • No Degree Required: We hire for personality, attitude, and communication skills. • Tech Comfort: Ability to quickly learn new chat software and navigate multiple browser tabs. • Reliability: A stable internet connection and a quiet environment (even though you aren't on the phone, focus is key!). Benefits & Perks • Competitive Hourly Rate: Earn between $20 and $35 per hour based on your performance and shift times. • Ultimate Flexibility: Choose your own shifts. We have 24/7 availability, making this perfect for any schedule. • Zero Voice Calls: This is a 100% text-based position—no cameras or microphones required. • Growth Opportunities: Top-performing operators can quickly move into Team Lead or Quality Assurance roles. How to Apply We are looking to fill these spots quickly! To apply, please submit: • A brief introduction about yourself. • Your current typing speed (WPM). • Your general availability (e.g., mornings, overnight, or weekends). A Helpful Suggestion for You: Because this role involves live interaction, I recommend adding a "Trial Chat" as part of your interview process. You can pretend to be a customer and see how well the applicant handles a "stressed" or "confused" user via text. Apply tot his job
