<strong>Description<br><br></strong>As a RV & Marine Relationship Manager in the designated area (Detroit or Indianapolis), you will develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with RV & Marine dealers within a market. Products offered as part of a moderate to large portfolio would include Dealer originated RV/Marine consumer loans and traditional banking products and services. Responsibilities include dealer sales, service, and the training of dealership staff. Builds business by identifying new opportunities and demonstrating value to Dealer customers, which requires a thorough knowledge of bank and competitor products. Monitors competition and makes suggestions for product improvements. Assists/trains less experienced employees.<br><br>This position must be located in Detroit or Indianapolis with the ability to travel 80% to dealers.<br><br><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience in prior Financial Services experience in Business to Business Sales</li><li>High School diploma<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must live in the designated market and have ability to travel to neighboring states on a regular basis</li><li>Minimum 2 years of Indirect Lending Sales Experience</li><li>Strong sales and negotiation skills</li><li>Local Dealer knowledge and relationships preferred</li><li>Experience working with multiple dealership and dealer groups</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Other Traits And Characteristics<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Proficient at typing and completing Pre call sales plans and documenting in a CRM system</li><li>Familiar with Industry reporting and metrics<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Exempt Status: (Yes</strong> = not eligible for overtime pay) (<strong>No</strong> = eligible for overtime pay)<br><br>Yes<br><br><strong>Workplace Type<br><br></strong>Remote<br><br>Our Approach to <strong>Office </strong>Workplace Type<br><br>Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
