They are seeking a Project Manager for Business Implementation to provide project management support for various projects, including product launches and process improvements, while ensuring alignment with business goals and facilitating communication with stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Provide Project Management support for projects within Business Services, including product launches and enhancements, process improvements, integration and standardization, and other change management
  • Serve as a functional subject matter expert, supporting any or all aspects of project execution, including:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Chartering
  • Scope definition
  • Project planning
  • Change control
  • Risk management
  • Close-out
  • Implementation / operation
  • Reporting
  • Work with project team members to define, sequence and estimate activities and duration
  • Support and facilitate all phases of project execution, facilitating cross-functional participation and ensuring an aligned approach through to completion
  • Work with functional stakeholders post completion, ensuring outcomes meet business goals and providing recommendations for ongoing continuous improvement
  • Communicate status updates to stakeholders and participants regularly

Skills

  • 3+ years' relevant experience
  • Experience managing projects or products related to business telecom
  • Familiarity with business telecom product offerings including data, voice, and video
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and spoken
  • Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
