About You As an Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, managing billing processes, and providing budget support for the Communications, Marketing, and Events service area. You will play a key role in financial tracking, operational planning, and ensuring smooth production workflows. This role will also provide hands-on backup support to the print and mail team, assisting with printing, bindery, mailing, and finishing tasks as needed. A Typical Day • Prepare accurate and timely arenaflex estimates for print, mail, and production projects • Manage supply ordering and inventory for print and mail services • Support project management activities such as job tracking, timeline oversight, and communication with clients • If you’re still reading, we’d love to meet you! How You’ll Make an Impact • Generate and process billing invoices • Provide financial reports, usage summaries, and arenaflex analysis • Track job costs, labor, and materials to support budget needs and departmental reporting • Maintain pricing models and update arenaflex structures as needed • Assist with planning and monitoring budgets for the service area • Assist with workflow coordination to ensure jobs stay on schedule • Assist with equipment maintenance schedules, updates, and service requests to ensure machines remain operational • Provide back-up support including (but not limited to) operation of print and mail equipment and bindery tasks Skills For Success Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience can be substituted for degree • Minimum four years of experience in print, mail, production operations, or related administrative/operations/budget/finance support role • Experience in print production, mail services or related operations Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong understanding of estimating, billing, and arenaflex-tracking practices • Strong purchasing and negotiating skills • Knowledge of printing, bindery equipment, and paper stocks • Extensive computer skills, including arenaflex Office and software related to industry job tracking • Strong skills in financial reporting and analysis with advanced Excel proficiency • Project management or job-tracking experience • Ability to operate bindery equipment and mailing systems • Strong organizational and communication skills The TASB Difference • Enjoy… Apply tot his job
