Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The People Compliance Coordinator supports the Compliance department in an administrative capacity, ensuring that branch locations and corporate entities adhere to established processes and procedures.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for background vendor support for our 400+ branch locations. This includes preferred and nonpreferred vendor management system oversight, policy development and support, quarterly internal branch audits and ad-hoc business required audits, operational support, and etc
  • Responsible for review and approval of all client specific onboarding documents which are managed via Adobe Forms
  • Responsible for support of various HR programs under the compliance department umbrella; including, but not limited to, HIPAA oversight, M&A document retention, EB help desk, and etc
  • Responsible for client contract review to ensure any proposed deviations from EB standard agreements
  • Support with business integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions

Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of two (2) years of human resources experience supporting compliance functions
  • Ability to research, understand, and communicate complex compliance obligations (e.g., statutes, regulations, sub-regulatory guidance, contracts, accreditation requirements)
  • Analytic and problem-solving capabilities to identify complex issues/risks and make recommendations to improve risk mitigation and business value
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across a range of audiences (e.g., technical subject matter experts, attorneys, business area leaders) to address complex issues
  • Ability to facilitate discussions with cross-functional groups on moderately complex issues, and when appropriate influence colleagues in their decision-making process
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, responding to changing business priorities and deadlines
