Responsibilities

  • Evaluate candidate qualifications by reviewing resumes, comparing qualifications to job requirements, interviewing candidates, and analyzing responses
  • Using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage all necessary communication
  • Identify and engage talent to build recruiting pools for various roles
  • Help candidates edit and format resumes
  • Provide interview coaching to candidates
  • Provide client information, opportunities, and benefits information to candidates
  • Follow up with the respective Paradigm employees and candidates to maximize effectiveness and ensure timeliness of recruitment processes

Skills

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, or customer service, preferably in technical industries such as manufacturing, creative design, information technology, microelectronics, legal services, medical devices, and hardware and software related services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, passionate about people, and comfortable building and maintaining relationships with candidates
  • Adept at using computers and various software applications, with a quick ability to learn new tools and technologies
  • Highly motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Resourceful and proactive in identifying issues and finding effective solutions
  • Eager to learn and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
  • HR Degree Preferred
