The role involves building and managing the growth engine, working closely with the CEO, and engaging in various marketing strategies to drive revenue. Responsibilities • Co-own the pipeline and help build the growth engine from the ground up • Grow revenue, scale what works, and take over the growth function • Manage outbound & ABM strategies • Oversee content and distribution efforts • Handle CRM & lead management • Develop conferences and booth strategy • Establish partnerships • Implement SEO / AEO / GEO strategies • Travel to major eCommerce conferences throughout the year Skills • A deep understanding of eCommerce is a huge plus • Experience at an agency or on the brand side—especially with paid media and Meta ads—is highly valued • We are specifically looking for people with strength in at least one of the following two tracks (bonus if you span both): • 1. Outbound & ABM (SDR / AE → Growth) • You've been an SDR or AE (or equivalent) and want to grow beyond 'just outbound' • • You understand pipeline, conversion, and revenue—not just activity • • You're excited to own and evolve outbound + ABM into a scalable growth channel • • Bonus: hands-on experience using AI SDR tools, enrichment, or automation • 2. Video-Led Growth & Content Distribution • You have short-form and/or long-form video production experience • • You can manage the entire video lifecycle: ideation → Scripting → production → distribution → performance • • You know how to turn customer wins, insights, and POVs into content that drives demand • CRM & Lead Nurture • No dropped leads.
