Job Summary Shield Health is seeking compassionate and tech-comfortable Remote Enrollment Nurses (RN, LPN, or LVN) to help Medicare patients enroll in our Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Principal Care Management (PCM) programs. This role is fully remote and focused on phone-based patient education and enrollment. You will speak with eligible patients, explain the benefits of ongoing monthly nurse support, gather key health information, and complete enrollments using Shield’s platform. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy meaningful conversation, patient advocacy, and structured, goal-oriented work. Duties • Make outbound calls to eligible patients • Explain Shield’s care management programs clearly and compassionately • Enroll patients by gathering medical history, medications, and current concerns • Build rapport and trust with patients and caregivers • Manage outreach, documentation, and follow-up tasks in the Shield platform • Work toward defined weekly enrollment goals • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in all patient interactions Experience & Qualifications • Active RN, LPN, or LVN license (required) • Previous experience in nursing, patient communication, or medical office settings • Excellent verbal communication skills and strong patient engagement ability • Confidence using basic technology (EMR-like platforms, phone systems, data entry) • Ability to work independently in a quiet, reliable remote environment • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven About Shield Health Shield Health provides Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Principal Care Management (PCM) services for Medicare patients with chronic conditions.
