Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KBR is a leader in delivering complex technical solutions and expert support to the U.S. Department of War. They are seeking a skilled eMASS and RMF professional to provide critical cybersecurity support to the Defense Health Agency, focusing on user support requests and maintaining data integrity across networks.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, providing Tier 1/2 troubleshooting for eMASS functionality and managing access control for system records
  • Process all user account lifecycle actions, including new account creation, modifications, reactivations, and periodic inactive account scrubs
  • Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets, including triage, assignment, documenting all troubleshooting steps, communications, and resolution
  • Maintain and update content on the DHA eMASS SharePoint Portal
  • Adhere to, maintain, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other DHA CS-related guidance
  • Serve as a senior team member and act as Team Lead as required, providing team oversight and advising leadership and documenting RMF processes and eMASS best practices
  • Develop, update, and/or review RMF Develop, update, and/or review RMF documentation
  • Participate in and lead recurring team and stakeholder meetings, providing status updates and preparing briefing materials as required
  • Direct hands-on experience using or administering the eMASS platform is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint)
  • Experience leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including SharePoint Online site configuration, workflow development, and Power BI dashboard creation is desired
  • Strong understanding of DoD Cybersecurity and RMF concepts and processes
  • Demonstrated experience creating, contributing to, and maintaining technical process documentation, such as policies, procedures, and process guides, is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent customer service and organization skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of experience with Cybersecurity / Information Technology, or in lieu of degree, eighteen (18) years of hands-on experience with Cybersecurity / Information Technology
  • Experience with the DoD eMASS platform, Assets, POA&Ms, and Workflows modules
  • Demonstrated experience with Risk Management Framework
  • Experience working within DoD (experience under DHA a plus)
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • DoD 8570/8140-compliant
  • Strong understanding of DoD Cybersecurity and RMF concepts and processes
  • Demonstrated experience creating, contributing to, and maintaining technical process documentation, such as policies, procedures, and process guides, is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Knowledge in one or more of the following technologies: Excel, SharePoint Online, Power Automate
