As a Remote Data Entry Associate with Talentra, you will be the guardian of data quality, ensuring that every numeric and alphabetic element is captured, verified, and stored in compliance with HIPAA standards. Your work will directly influence the speed and reliability of claims processing, legal discovery, and insurance underwriting. Key Responsibilities Document Preparation & Organization: Gather, sort, and prepare source documents—including paper forms, scanned images, and digital PDFs—for entry into Flexoraq’s secure database systems. Data Entry Execution: Accurately input both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the designated system, maintaining a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute and achieving high accuracy thresholds. Quality Assurance & Discrepancy Resolution: Cross‑check entered data against original documents, identify missing pages or inconsistencies, and resolve issues using established procedures or by escalating to a team leader. Security & Compliance Adherence: Follow strict data‑security protocols, perform daily database backups, and ensure all actions comply with HIPAA regulations and Jobspirex’s internal privacy policies. Clerical Support Functions: Perform ancillary tasks such as sorting, filing, emailing, proofreading, and other administrative duties that support the broader data‑management workflow.
