Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly? Seniors Helping Seniors® KC North is looking for a compassionate, organized Care Manager to support both our clients and caregivers.

This role is the first line of communication for the families we serve and the caregivers who support them. You will help ensure every client receives consistent, dependable care while supporting our caregivers in the field.

At Seniors Helping Seniors® KC North, we do things differently. We match active, compassionate adults with seniors who want to remain independent, safe, and comfortable at home. The Care Manager plays a key role in making sure those relationships stay strong and that care runs smoothly every day.

Location: Kansas City Northland

Schedule: Part – Time / Flexible schedule / Work from Home

Type: W2 employee position

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers

· Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules, updates, and client needs

· Manage caregiver scheduling and shift coverage

· Coordinate last-minute schedule changes due to illness, emergencies, etc.

· Ensure all client visits are properly staffed and supported

· Build relationships with both clients and caregivers

· Track and communicate important client updates to leadership

· Help maintain consistency and quality in the care our clients receive

· Provide reassurance and support to families when care needs change

Background

Prior experience in healthcare is preferred but not required. For example, experience in coordination, scheduling, or caregiving at any level in the clinical field.
