Our client, a forward-thinking healthcare technology company, is seeking a Remote Call Center-Patient Care Reps to join their team. As a Patient Care Rep, you will be part of the Patient Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
