Registered Nurse – IV Nutrition Therapy

Location: Los Gatos, CA
Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance incentives (based on experience)
$50-55 hourly base + commissions
Flexible work hours + weekend (5-6 hours)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized RN to support operations at our IV Nutrition Therapy clinic in Los Gatos. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse (as an assistant clinical director) who is passionate about proactive wellness, client experience, and team development—and who wants to step away from high-stress hospital environments into a modern, client-centered care model.

IV nutrition therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and hydration directly into the bloodstream, allowing for faster absorption and higher bioavailability than oral supplements. These therapies are commonly used to support hydration, energy levels, immune function, recovery, and overall wellness. IV nutrition enables personalized nutrient delivery based on individual goals, lifestyle, and wellness needs, under clinical supervision

As an assistant Clinic Director, you will lead client consultations and day-to-day operations on days the Clinic Director is not in the clinic. You will be working closely with the Clinic Director to ensure all admin and operational tasks are taken care of. The goal is to grow a trusted, high-performing team with a great working environment to ensure both employees and clients alike look forward to thier time in IV Nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a backup point of contact for the full-time lead nurse (Clinic Director).
  • Administer and oversee IV nutrition and hydration therapies, ensuring safe, high-quality care from start to finish
  • Perform client assessments, start IVs, monitor treatments, and manage post-infusion follow-up
  • Educate clients on IV ingredients, benefits, and wellness optimization
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Communicate any adverse reactions or clinical concerns to the Medical Director
  • Maintain strict adherence to California nursing regulations, scope of practice, and clinic protocol
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain clinic readiness for audits, inspections, and Medical Director reviews
  • Support training and certification for nutrition infusion therapies
  • Trains and educates staff on proper procedures and client education
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
  • 1+ years of clinical nursing experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base pay: $50.00–$55.00/hour
  • Opportunity to earn membership commissions, service credits etc.
