Description of Position
Applies the nursing process through assessment, formulating nursing diagnosis, planning, implementing, documenting and evaluating plans of care for assigned patients, following established standards of nursing practice as delineated by the Medical Center.
Qualifications and Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Hawaii required. One to two (1-2) years of medical/surgical or critical care experience required; one (1) year of Emergency/Trauma nursing experience preferred. Trauma Nurse Core Course Provider (TNCC/P) and/or Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) certification preferred; or achieved within two (2) years of employment. Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) preferred; or any combination of education and experience which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to meet the minimum qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position. Basic Life Support, Healthcare Provider, required, with retraining required once every two years. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training required, with retraining once every two years.

Starting Hourly Range $48.09 — $60.40
