Your presence will bring safety, comfort, and reassurance to the home, while offering essential emotional support to the family.

About the Role

We are looking for Nurses who can provide consistent, high‑quality care during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 15:30 – 23:30
  • Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 20:00

Your role will be central to supporting day‑to‑day wellbeing, maintaining health needs, and promoting dignity and quality of life.

Driving Requirements

You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle, as the role includes short well-being drives and the collection of prescriptions or medications when needed.

Responsibilities

Your support may include:

  • Medication management
  • PEG feeding
  • Responding to behaviour with compassion, confidence, and sensitivity
  • Providing emotional reassurance and calm, person‑centred support within the family home

Complex Care Nurse – Requirements

Essential:

  • Valid NMC Registration and PIN: Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Nursing Qualification: RN Adult, RN Child, RN Learning Disabilities, or RN Mental Health
