This is a <strong>remote, patient-facing</strong> role that combines direct outreach with strategic internal collaboration. You'll provide high-touch support to patients undergoing imaging procedures, while working alongside internal teams to continuously improve how care is delivered.</p> <h4><strong>Patient Care & Navigation</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Proactively call and follow up with patients to guide them through the Prenuvo journey</li> <li>Conduct pre-scan assessments and answer patient questions with clarity and empathy</li> <li>Support patients in understanding what to expect, how to prepare, and what their next steps may be</li> <li>Offer clinical insight and emotional support as needed, referring to NPs or MDs when appropriate</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Internal Collaboration & Influence</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, clinical, and support teams to surface patient needs and friction points</li> <li>Contribute to internal process improvements by sharing insights and identifying workflow gaps</li> <li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and feedback loops</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Clinical Documentation & Coordination</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions</li> <li>Ensure compliance with privacy standards and clinical protocols</li> <li>Coordinate with other members of the medical group to ensure seamless patient care</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active <strong>compact state RN license</strong></li> <li><strong>Located in Pacific or Central Time Zone</strong> and available to work full-time hours during standard business hours</li> <li>Minimum <strong>3 years of clinical experience</strong>, preferably in ambulatory care, radiology, oncology, or concierge settings</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of remote nursing experience in addition to the 3 years of clinical experience</li> <li><strong>Certifications in radiology-related and/or oncology-related nursing</strong></li> <li>Strong background in <strong>patient communication</strong>, education, and relationship-building over the phone and video</li> <li>Experience working <strong>cross-functionally within healthcare or digital health</strong> teams</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a <strong>fast-paced, startup environment</strong>—comfortable with ambiguity, pivots, and iterative work</li> <li>Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Confidence using clinical software, telehealth platforms, and productivity tools</li> <li>Demonstrated <strong>systems thinking</strong> and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement</li> <li>A warm, calm presence and a commitment to patient-centered care</li> <li>Passion for Prenuvo’s mission and excitement to build something new</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Prior experience in digital health or remote patient support</li> <li>Experience in project or operations roles within clinical environments</li> <li>Knowledge of MRI safety and imaging workflows</li> <li>Certification in MRI technology (e.g., ARRT certification).</li> <li>Advanced training in quality management or healthcare administration.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Values </strong></p> <p>First: we are <strong>Pioneers</strong></p> <ul> <li>Transforming healthcare requires divergent thinking, bias for action, disciplined experimentation, and consistent grit and determination to maintain momentum.
