Job Description:
You will join the team as Regional Creative Copywriter, focusing on conceptualizing and executing competitive campaigns that align with the brand’s objectives. You will bring ideas to life with bold message and copy direction, and work collaboratively with internal and external teams, extending into viral activations that resonate across the region.

This role is ideal for someone with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude, who thrives in a collaborative environment and stays ahead of the latest cultural trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Disruptive Thinking: Conceptualise bold, culturally relevant campaigns with a clear understanding of business objectives, translating into creative copy.

  • Craft Excellence: Write with top-tier craft for various formats, including TVC concept scripts, online video scripts, campaign headlines, outdoor activation, and campaign communication assets.

  • Viral Activations: Develop activations that drive engagement and have the potential to go viral across social media and experiential platforms.

  • Regional Campaigns: Create multi-market campaign concept tailored to regional audiences, ensuring consistency and alignment across markets.

  • Production Collaboration: Collaborate with film, animation, photography, and music production houses to ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery.

  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with branding, social, and media teams to maximize the creative potential and align with business objectives.

  • Cultural Awareness & Trendspotting: Stay ahead of cultural movements, industry trends, and viral moments to keep the brand relevant, ensuring resonates with diverse audiences.

  • Presentation & Stakeholder Engagement: Confidently present creative concepts and copy to internal teams and senior stakeholders, clearly articulating the strategic value of your work.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in creative roles, ideally with a background in advertising agencies or in-house creative teams. Leadership experience is a plus.

  • Proven ability as a strong conceptual thinker, with experience executing disruptive campaigns from ideation to execution. Experience in viral activations is an advantage.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative writing in across platforms, including TVC scripts, online video, key visuals & OOH copy, and campaign assets.

  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage with diverse teams across regions.

  • Experience working on regional brands and campaigns, ensuring alignment and consistency across multiple markets is a plus.

  • A keen eye for detail. Collaborate with art creatives to elevate campaign assets.

  • Experience collaborating with production teams in film, animation, and sound to create cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.

  • A proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to take initiative and think creatively.

  • A passionate, collaborative personality who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong multi-tasking abilities, able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage workflows seamlessly.
