Salary & Package:

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)

• Basic Salary: £28,000, increasing to £29,000 after 12 months

• First-Year Earning Potential: £30,000 – £31,000 including commission

Salary & Package – Clear Progression:

• Experienced Consultant: £29,000 – £30,500 basic salary

• OTE for all levels: £32,000 – £35,000 including commission

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement

• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits

• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles

• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training
