Salary & Package – Clear Progression:

Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience)

• Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months

• First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission

• Full training and support provided

Experienced Recruitment Consultant

• 12 months’ experience: £28,000 - £29,500 basic salary dependent on experience

• OTE: £31,000 – £34,000

Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Base Salary: £32,500

• Commission/OTE: £36,000 – £38,000

• Car Allowance: £400 per month, or option of a company car

About the Role:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face visits

• Mentor and support junior consultants (Senior role)

• Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full support
