Your Responsibilities will be:

  • Drive new business development and build a strong client portfolio focussing on China desk

  • Engage and develop relationships with China‑origin clients who are scaling their presence in Singapore and SEA, playing a key role in expanding their regional operations.

  • Deliver on existing client mandates and support urgent hiring needs with efficiency and professionalism

  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies by applying critical thinking and creative problem-solving

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates through consistent, high-quality engagement

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: market mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns and proactively recruit mid to senior-level professionals

  • Stay on top of industry trends and provide market insights to clients and candidates

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, marketing, and operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Proven track record in recruitment or B2B sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling abilities, and business development skills

  • Confidence engaging with senior-level professionals (Managers to C-level)

  • High level of accountability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

  • Prior experience managing and developing recruitment teams is a plus

  • Proficiency in English required; additional languages are a bonus

  • Open to candidates new to the recruitment industry who bring transferable skills and a passion for people and business
