<strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><br><strong>Reports to:</strong> Director of Talent Acquisition<br><br><strong>Type:</strong> 3 month Contract with Potential to Perm if willing to relocate to Austin, TX<br><br><strong>Compensation:</strong> $40/hour<br><br><strong>About the Role<br><br></strong>Togetherwork is seeking a Recruiting Operations Lead to own and elevate the operational backbone of our Talent Acquisition function. This is a newly created role designed to bring structure, accountability, and system rigor to a fast-growing SaaS organization.<br><br>This position will serve as the primary owner of Greenhouse and recruiting workflow governance while also supporting technical sourcing and hard-to-fill searches.<br><br>This is not a traditional coordinator role. This role requires systems ownership, process enforcement, and the confidence to partner directly with hiring leaders.<br><br><strong>What You Will Own<br><br></strong><strong>Greenhouse & Systems Leadership<br><br></strong><ul><li>Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Greenhouse</li><li>Maintain clean, accurate, audit-ready ATS data</li><li>Configure new requisitions and interview workflows</li><li>Build and maintain scorecards and stage structures</li><li>Implement and optimize new Greenhouse features and automation</li><li>Conduct monthly data audits and system cleanups</li><li>Build dashboards and reporting views for leadership</li><li>Ensure compliance with structured hiring practices<br><br></li></ul><strong>Process Governance & Hiring Team Enablement<br><br></strong><ul><li>Train hiring managers and recruiters on proper Greenhouse usage</li><li>Enforce timely feedback submission and complete scorecards</li><li>Review scorecard quality and alignment with role requirements</li><li>Join intake/kickoff calls and document structured summaries</li><li>Partner with recruiters to ensure process discipline across all verticals<br><br></li></ul><strong>Technical Sourcing Support<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support sourcing for hard-to-fill and technical roles</li><li>Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strategies</li><li>Build targeted pipelines for engineering and specialized roles</li><li>Partner with recruiters to deepen candidate pipelines<br><br></li></ul><strong>Offer & Onboarding Operations<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage background check initiation and tracking</li><li>Ensure offer templates and compensation data are accurate</li><li>Support offer generation and data entry</li><li>Track and manage employee referral documentation and payouts</li><li>Partner with HR on onboarding coordination as needed<br><br></li></ul><strong>Coordination Support (As Needed)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support interview scheduling for select roles</li><li>Ensure candidate logistics are executed seamlessly<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting operations experience</li><li>Strong Greenhouse experience (configuration and workflow ownership required)</li><li>Experience in SaaS or technology environments preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and operational discipline</li><li>Comfort enforcing process standards across stakeholders</li><li>Ability to operate in a high-rigor, high-velocity environment</li><li>Strong communication skills and executive presence</li><li>Comfort working extended hours when business demands require it<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Success Looks Like<br><br></strong><ul><li>Clean, reliable Greenhouse reporting at all times</li><li>Reduced time-to-fill through process discipline</li><li>High compliance with structured hiring practices</li><li>Improved hiring manager accountability</li><li>Clear technical pipelines supporting recruiters</li><li>Reduced administrative burden across the TA team<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why This Role Matters<br><br></strong>This role is critical to strengthening Togetherwork's Talent Acquisition infrastructure.
