Job Objective:Responsible for supporting Globe’s front office area by directing all incoming visitors and customers, answering incoming phone calls, sorting/distributing mail, scanning and filing as well as other general administrative duties.

Essential Job Functions:

· Greets and directs all incoming visitors/customers.

· Answering multiple phone lines, responds to customers questions/directs calls to the appropriate party.

· Sorts and distributes daily mail.

· Maintains both electronic and physical filing system for internal job packets, packing slips, certifications, mylars and SDS forms.

· Maintains professional office setting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Able to understand and follow directions to complete assigned tasks.

· Must be detailed oriented, organized, able to multitask and work through interruptions.

· Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Acrobat a plus

· Ability to operate general office equipment (desktop computer, copy machine, scanner, etc.)

· Ability to file numerically and alphabetically in a timely manner.

· Must understand and possess good interpersonal skills.

· High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment:

· Will work roughly 40 hours per week

· Working hours: Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm
Working hours are subject to change based on company needs (may require occasional Saturdays)

· Office environment (business casual attire)

· Frequently bends, crouches, and twists

· Occasionally objects up to 25 pounds

Equipment:

· General office equipment – computer, copier and scanner
