We are seeking a motivated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and provide virtual psychiatric care for patients in Oregon. This position is ideal for a dependable professional who values autonomy, clinical excellence, and compassionate patient care.

Job Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telehealth
• Formulate diagnoses and evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, monitoring efficacy and safety
• Perform virtual history and basic physical assessments as clinically appropriate
• Deliver patient education, counseling, and supportive care
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in our EHR
• Adhere to regulatory standards, practice guidelines, and organizational protocols
• Participate in case reviews, quality initiatives, and professional development

Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted Oregon APRN license and DEA
• Board certification as PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a psychiatric specialty
• Experience required — we are not able to consider new graduates for this role
• Strong diagnostic and psychopharmacology skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
• Professional, reliable, and able to communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Familiarity with Valant EHR preferred
