Property Solicitor – South West London

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor to join this modern & friendly firm in south west London.

The role:

Our client is a long-established practice, under strong management and offer a wide range of services to commercial and private clients in the local community. There is plenty of support and the offices are lovely, in a good location.

You will be joining a small, friendly team that occupies a desirable position in the market. The work will be a varied mix of residential, with some commercial property files too.

 

Typical matters will include:

  • Residential freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
  • Lease extensions
  • Remortgages 
  • Commercial property transactions and lease extensions

About You:

To succeed in this Property Solicitor application, you will be:

  • A qualified Solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEx
  • Able to show recent experience handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing (essential) and commercial (desirable)
  • Have around 3-5 years of PQE but other levels will be considered
