<strong>Description<br><br></strong>Our Project Coordinator (PC) works closely with a team of Project Coordinator in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The PC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building internal relationships.<br><br>This coordinator will be an organizational subject matter expert, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a top recruiting organization.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br>Manage operational workflows and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution within established service level agreements while maintaining high quality standards and data accuracy.<br><br>Coordinate end-to-end program logistics including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation for interviewing and hiring programs across multiple business units and geographic regions.<br><br>Create and maintain reporting mechanisms including operational dashboards, monthly business review inputs, and status updates that provide leadership visibility into program health and key metrics.<br><br>Develop and implement process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance stakeholder experience through automation and standardized procedures.<br><br>Serve as primary operational contact for assigned programs, providing guidance on processes and systems while coordinating between program managers, business partners, and cross-functional teams.<br><br>Conduct quality assurance activities including audits, data validation, and compliance checks to ensure operational excellence and adherence to established standards across all deliverables.<br><br><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor's degree or equivalent</li><li> Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint</li><li> Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Degree or diploma in HR or any related field</li><li> Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment</li><li> Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS)<br><br></li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.<br><br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
