Job Title: Production Worker
Pay Rate: $20 to $21.7/Hr.
Duration: 12 months
Location: Walpole, MA

Shift - 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Duties:

  • This is an entry-level role that offers training and the opportunity to work for a global company in a highly regulated work environment.
  • A production worker completes a wide variety of production and manufacturing-related tasks in Fill/Pack Finished ProductionAreas.
  • Operate the fill production manufacturing equipment.
  • This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.
  • The position requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, and safety shoes.
  • PPE will be provided
  • Individuals will be required to use a perch stool or stand in a fixed position for long periods of time.
  • The position requires lifting materials and OSHA requirements
  • Based on business needs, individuals may be required to work overtime and/or may be asked to modify their work hours.

  • Inspect and package the finished product.
  • Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
  • Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues.
  • Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.
  • Comply with quality systems and regulatory requirements, including the FDA, ISO, and OSHA.
  • Follow all area safety rules and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong communicator, Team player, High school diploma or equivalent degree is required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $21.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
