Graver Technologies is an Industrial Filter Element and Filter Housing (Vessel) Manufacturer located in Honeoye Falls, NY and a member of The Marmon Group (a Berkshire Hathaway Company), an international corporation with more than $8 billion in annual sales. We are seeking Assembly Operators to work in our Element Shop to support the manufacture of Industrial Filters.

Hours are 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday

Summary: The Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling product, using machinery and hand tools to make manufacturing product to meet required specifications.

1. Use appropriate tools and processes (hand tools, machinery etc) to manufacture product to meet required specifications.

2. Communicates regularly with team members and management regarding concerns, discrepancies and continuous improvement efforts/ideas.

3. Follows Graver Technologies work safety requirements and works safely in general all the time.

4. Maintains clean and organized work area.

5. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Education:

High school graduation or equivalent

Skill and Experience:

1. Ability to read, write and interpret general documents such as work instructions, manuals and job packages.

2. Ability to communicate in verbal and written form to supervisor on questions specific to processes and manufacturing status.

3. Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and do basic math calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and divide.

3. Previous experience in manufacturing set-up preferred but not required.

4. Availability to work overtime as required (both during the week and on weekends).

5. Self-motivated and maintains high level of attendance.

6. Ability to lift on average 20lbs of weight and move about 20ft.
