THE CHALLENGE

Eventbrite has built a world-class platform for event creators, enabling entrepreneurs around the world to build and grow their businesses with live events on Eventbrite. We recently launched the industry’s first all-in-one event marketing platform, Eventbrite Boost, and are looking for a Product Marketing Lead for Boost Growth who can use data-driven insights to help test new messaging, and acquisition journeys to turbocharge subscriber acquisition. You’ll inform product experiments, craft positioning, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and create content that clearly communicates the value of Eventbrite Boost to Eventbrite’s event creator community.


THE TEAM

Our Product Marketing team’s mission at Eventbrite is to champion the needs of event creators and consumers to bring irresistible product experiences to market, ensuring customers understand how Eventbrite’s products and features can enable their success. We work cross-functionally to action customer and market insights by influencing product strategy and developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for Eventbrite’s suite of products and services.


THE ROLE 

As a Product Marketing Lead for Boost Growth, you will be an embedded partner of the Boost activation team, working closely with a product manager, performance marketer, designer, and team of developers to design and launch full-funnel experiments to optimize our messaging, marketing, and acquisition and onboarding product experience. You will lead customer segmentation and competitive intelligence, map the customer journey, analyze the full-funnel, and develop the learning agenda to accelerate subscriptions. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and operational excellence, a passion for results, and an attitude that anything is possible. 

YOU WILL
  • Own Boost new subscriber targets, reporting to leadership on adoption targets
  • Identify new growth strategies and develop the learning agenda based on data-driven insights
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and drive execution of full funnel experiments to meet product KPIs, potentially including content, product experience, marketing, and messaging.
  • Refine positioning and messaging based on market research and competitive insights
  • Analyze funnel performance and monitor test and campaign success metrics
  • Understand and advocate for the needs of existing and potential customers, and be informed about the competitive landscape by talking regularly to customers and working with our research and customer-facing teams to gather qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Share growth learnings and best practices with the rest of the organization to improve performance 
YOUR SKILLSET
  • Thrives on hitting and beating business targets.
  • Biased towards action, can spot opportunities and turn them quickly into experiments.
  • 7+ years experience, including a background in both growth marketing and product marketing; analytics experience a plus. 
  • Experience with driving product-led growth, especially in-product messaging and optimizing user journeys for conversion.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to confidently present to executives/senior management and peers 
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, and influence as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritizing and organizing effectively
  • Equally confident writing messaging and analyzing data
