The Product Manager Intern will join Disney’s Enterprise Technology Collaboration & AI team and support digital and AI-powered products used across the company. This internship offers hands-on exposure to product strategy, discovery, and delivery in a complex global organization.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business partners to help shape internal tools that improve how teams operate. This is a strong opportunity for someone curious about AI, enterprise platforms, and user-centered design.

The dates of this internship are May/June 2026 through August/September 2026. 

This internship will be located in Orlando, FL or Seattle, WA. 

What You Will Do

  • Support product discovery efforts by gathering user feedback, documenting requirements, and identifying pain points

  • Assist with intake tracking for platform requests, questions, and use cases

  • Prepare stakeholder updates and present findings to product leadership

  • Contribute to readiness activities such as release notes, known‑issues tracking, and change communications

  • Analyze product usage data and help define success metrics

  • Help maintain visibility into platform adoption signals and support themes

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with tools such as M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studios & AI Agents

  • Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or system architecture

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Interest in AI, data products, or enterprise platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior internship or project experience in product, consulting, or technology

  • Comfort working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities

  • Curiosity about how AI tools are used in real business workflows

Education

  • Currently enrolled as a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or another STEM related field at an accredited college or university.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

  • The approximate dates of this internship are May/June 2026 through August/September 2026

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

  • Fully available from Monday-Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours per week
