We're hiring for a Data Insights Product Manager! The Position As the Product Manager for the Data Insights experience within our customer data platform, you will lead the development of a user experience that empowers every dealership to explore their own data questions and uncover insights as easily as they could perform a arenaflex search. Your team's mission is to make data not only accessible, but actionable. We don't just want dealers to say "that's cool." We want them to feel empowered to take action and know what action to take. You'll own core standard reports as well as develop a roadmap focused on the mission of data accessibility and insights. Partnering with engineering, BI specialists, and dealer-facing teams, you will shape a product experience that transforms complex data into clear, usable insights that drive smarter, faster decisions across dealerships. Responsibilities Your mission is to deliver impactful, intuitive data solutions that dealers actually use to run their business better. To achieve that, you will: • Understand dealer needs through research, feedback, and data analysis, identifying opportunities where self-service insights can replace manual reports and analysis. • Define and prioritize the roadmap for reporting, data sharing/access, and AI insights, balancing foundational data infrastructure with innovative dealer-facing capabilities. This includes understanding how dealers want to user their data and making that as easy as possible for them to achieve • Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering • Prototype reports and UI experiences with tools like Lovable • Continuously measure impact by defining and tracking KPIs (e.g., report usage, time-to-insight, dealer decision-making outcomes). Job Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Strong data literacy, demonstrated through SQL proficiency and a proven ability to prototype and deliver clear, impactful reporting solutions • Passion for making complex data simple, intuitive, and actionable. • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate messy data into business insights. • User-centered mindset with empathy for dealership employees and their workflows. • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, storytelling). • Ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority. • Strong prioritization and project management skills; thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving SaaS environment. • Experience working with large data sets, BI tools (we are currently leaning heavily on Quicksight), and data warehousing tools like Snowflake Experience • 4+ years of experience in product management (SaaS, BI, analytics, or data platform experience strongly preferred). • Experience with reporting/BI tools, data platforms (ex: Snowflake, Tableau, AWS Quicksite, etc) a plus • Experience delivering self-service data products or analytics solutions. Location: This position is remote. We are hiring in the following states.
