Analyze and manage team data using Excel; create dashboards and reports to support decision-making. Support administration of Nimbus process modeling tool; maintain architecture integrity and support deployment and rollout. Support Azure DevOps development and workflow tweaks as requested by the IPT to optimize task tracking and reporting. Proactively identify potential issues in tools, data, or processes and escalate with solutions before they impact the team. Troubleshoot system and data issues and implement improvements to boost team productivity. Support cross-functional initiatives requiring technical and analytical expertise Process Modeling as needed Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 5 years data analytics, system administration, or technical project support; OR Masters Degree in STEM with 3 years of experience. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance, and SCI approval/access. Experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization. Knowledge of system architecture best practice and data governance. Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Prior experience in process engineering or technical project support. Familiarity with workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives.
