<p><strong>Role:</strong> Practice Administrator<br> <strong>Location:</strong> Brighton<br> <strong>Hours:</strong> Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)<br> <strong>Pay:</strong> 26,000 - 29,000 per annum</p><p>An excellent opportunity has arisen for a <strong>Practice Administrator</strong> to join one of our clients based in <strong>Brighton</strong>.</p><p>The business provides professional financial advice to a diverse client base across a range of planning and investment areas. The practice has built a strong reputation over a number of years, developing a loyal client base and continuing to grow steadily.</p><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li> 26,000 - 29,000 basic salary</li><li>Pension</li><li>Opportunity to join a well-established practice</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>The Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in an administration or PA role within a financial advice or wealth management business</li><li>Experience working within a partner financial planning practice is advantageous</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Experience using CRM or client management systems (e.g. Salesforce) beneficial</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent client interaction</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines</li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude</li><li>Comfortable working independently and taking initiative</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Greeting clients and supporting them ahead of meetings with the Financial Adviser</li><li>Managing the adviser's diary, arranging and coordinating client appointments</li><li>Preparing client welcome packs and review documentation</li><li>Maintaining and updating client records on internal systems and CRM platforms</li><li>Preparing and obtaining quotations and illustrations from product providers</li><li>Processing applications accurately and preparing relevant pre- and post-sale documentation</li><li>Sending and following up letters of authority with financial institutions</li><li>Assisting with fund switches and withdrawal requests</li><li>Drafting basic suitability reports for reviews and simple advice cases</li><li>Producing investment performance charts and supporting analysis where required</li><li>Liaising with clients and external contacts via telephone and email</li><li>Providing general administrative support including filing, scanning and document preparation</li><li>Supporting the organisation of client events</li><li>Maintaining office supplies and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office</li></ul><p>If you're keen to join an exceptional team who can offer <strong>a supportive environment within a well-established and growing practice</strong>, then please apply to this <strong>Practice Administrator</strong> role below or call Jamie Watson on <strong>(phone number removed)</strong> between <strong>9:00am - 5:30pm</strong>.</p>
