We’re rapidly expanding and we need great people to join our team.<br><br>The Recruiter 3 is primarily responsible for overseeing the recruiting and vetting process for new clinical candidates. The incumbent in this role focuses on the VIP customer experience and serves as a driver of business outcomes through best in class recruiting strategy and execution. He/She serves as a strategic advisor to our internal customers and executive leadership across the ChenMed family of companies in the creation and execution of dynamic recruiting strategies.<br><br><strong>Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Executes full lifecycle recruiting which includes developing search, sourcing and interview strategies. Seeks passive and active (semi-active) leads through online marketplaces/channels like, but not limited to: selective job boards, social media channels, internet searches, LinkedIn, Google and other search channels. Connects with qualified candidates, evaluates credentials, conducts in-depth candidate interviews and presents dossiers of recommended candidates to hiring managers and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Drives an effective and efficient talent strategy in support of the business. Absorbs the business model and recruitment strategy to deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes.</li><li>Collaborates with Clinical Leaders to design and execute integrated Physician talent strategies.</li><li>Maintains and suggests innovative recruitment tools, technologies and best practices. Leverages data and analytics to develop recruiting strategies and influence business outcomes.</li><li>Assists divisional clinical recruitment leaders in identifying and leveraging opportunities that impact quality, cost and speed of service delivery.</li><li>Educates internal clients on physician recruiting best practices and labor market dynamics. Utilizes research and competitive intelligence (including but not limited to local market intelligence on offers, supply and demand, etc.)</li><li>Networks and builds a robust and continuous talent pipeline, attracts and assesses highly skilled and credentialed professionals to join ChenMed.</li><li>Builds trusted and influential advisor relationships with clinical leaders and center clinicians through consistent and continuous consultation on critical clinical talent gaps.</li><li>Nurtures long standing candidate relationships and executes a high-level, white glove support recruitment experience for the candidate. Serves as the primary negotiator and closer with selected candidates.</li><li>Partners with clinical leadership and other COEs, including, but not limited to: Total Rewards, Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Legal to ensure ChenMed is able to attract, motivate and retain the best talent.</li><li>Maintains valuable knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices impacting the market he/she supports. Establishes relationships with local community experts (including, but not limited to realtors, schools, special needs vendors, etc.)</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Knowledge, Skills And Abilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Advanced-level business acumen</li><li>Expertise in Clinical recruiting best practices at every phase of the recruiting lifecycle</li><li>Expert knowledge clinical recruiting best practices at every phase of the recruiting lifecycle</li><li>Superb knowledge of social media platforms as it pertains to clinical recruitment and building a strong talent pipeline</li><li>Superb physician recruiting knowledge, expertise and understanding</li><li>Knowledge of web-based candidate tracking system management and reporting; familiarity with multiple candidate-sourcing websites and tools</li><li>Keen understanding of legal issues that impact physician recruiting activities, namely restrictive covenants</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and physician compensation knowledge</li><li>Strong technical skills and strong people skills with a meticulous personality</li><li>Superb organizational and follow-up skills; ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work while maintaining the highest quality</li><li>Skillful at building core relationships, establishing credibility and as an influential communicator</li><li>A consulting mentality combined with high learning and change agility; a natural collaborator who is driven to win collectively as a team</li><li>Driven to excel as an individual and optimize team performance; well-versed in the history and culture of the company</li><li>Political savvy and executive presence to effectively partner with market and senior leadership and interact with a physician candidate population</li><li>History of flawless execution and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented, high-demand environment</li><li>Ability to think strategically and focus on flawless operational and tactical execution</li><li>Ability to craft effective recruiting strategies, execute at a high level and solve complex recruiting problems</li><li>Ability to easily build rapport, trust and influence with candidates</li><li>Ability to engage the potential recruit quickly</li><li>Ability to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations independently</li><li>Ability to travel to conferences representing the company while gathering leads for recruitment purposes</li><li>Ability to join virtual and in-person clinical job fairs as needed</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; competent in other systems required for the position</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 25% of the time; flexible to work after-hours and weekends as needed</li><li>Spoken and written fluency in English</li><li>This job requires use and exercise of sound independent judgment and discretion<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education And Experience Criteria<br><br></strong><ul><li>BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field required OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis</li><li>A minimum of 10 years’ overall work experience as a recruiter required</li><li>A minimum of 5 years’ as a physician recruiter strongly desired</li><li>Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification preferred</li><li>Experience with Workday and/or Phenom People a strong plus</li><li>Experience in both a corporate environment and search firm experienced preferred<br><br></li></ul>We’re ChenMed and we’re transforming healthcare for seniors and changing America’s healthcare for the better.
