<p><strong>Pega Business Analyst</strong></p><p><br></p><p>In 1999 Cognizant started their Pega journey with its first banking customer. Fast forward to 2025 and Cognizant has earned the Pega's Global Elite Partner Distinction. </p><p>We are currently hiring Pega BAs to join one of our largest client but more importantly join our Cognizant Pega practice. If you have experience working as a BA on a Pega project or a keen interest in learning Pega- We would love to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What can I expect in this role:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with business stakeholder and end-users to understand and document business challenges, pain points and requirements.</li><li>Maintain requirement backlog and keep it prioritised by working closely with business stakeholders.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.</li><li>Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements in tools like JIRA, Pega Agile Studio in use-case or user story format.</li><li>Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)</li><li>Identify innovative ways to address business challenges and identify solutions to increase customer satisfaction.</li><li>Act as a liaison between business and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What do I need to be successful? </strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience working on large scale project as a Business Analyst</li><li>Knowledge of Pega is highly desirable</li><li>Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (Microsoft Visio is a plus)</li><li>Knowledge of JIRA, writing user stories, use-cases</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Experience of working in Agile projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you wish to apply kindly send your profile to christina.ioannidis@cognizant.com</p><p></p>
