As a Payroll Analyst at OpenTable, you will support a global network that includes OpenTable and KAYAK's portfolio and have visibility to metasearch brands including Swoodoo, checkfelix, momondo, Cheapflights, Mundi and HotelsCombined. In this role, you will: • Manage payroll for KAYAK/OpenTable US/Canada/Mexico • Manage all related payroll changes and validate against applicable Workday reports e.g. new hires, annual increases, retro pay, commission, bonuses, benefit deductions, transfers, and terminations • Run integration files from Workday to ADP/CloudPay and review errors • Collaborate with International Country Providers and CloudPay Operations Team for Semi-Monthly payroll processing • Partner with the People Operations Team to ensure payroll data flows seamlessly via the integration interface • Work with the Benefits Team for LOA calculations and all benefit-related changes • Monthly/Annual reconciliation of payroll tax forms and Quarterly RSU processing • Action all queries in the Payroll Zendesk Ticketing System • Act as a point of contact for all employee and manager questions • Ad hoc and management reports upon request from various internal departments, such as financial planning, and Corporate Tax • Work closely with People, Finance (GL) and Corporate Tax as needed to provide reports and maintain partnerships • Audit and process Time + Attendance for all hourly employees on a Semi-Monthly and Bi-Weekly basis. • Process terminations that have Final Pay Regulatory Requirements via bank wire. The range for this United States located role is $68,000-$72,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
