Your Role in Our Mission

As a Patient Services Coordinator on the team, you will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical functions in a clinic that serves adults with substance use, mental health and co-occurring medical conditions. The PSC will serve as a member of the front desk administrative team that checks in patients, collects co-pays, handles medical records and processes patient paperwork and data. As the face of the organization at check-in and check-out the PSC proves excellent customer service to all patients and families visiting the clinic.

This position follows a Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay: $14 -16/hr. based on experience for this Full-time position.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with mental health population preferred
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
