Accuracy: Ensure customer orders online, in-store or during freight receiving are fulfilled quickly and accurately. Teamwork: We love to work collaboratively with the team. There’s nothing like solving problems to delight a customer or find a solution to a problem within the store. Standards: We are known for our service. Team members should strive to grow more, do more, learn more so they can provide customers with unreasonable hospitality independently. Our customer experience is number one. Its not just a friendly face that we're seeking but also someone that is committed to growing their knowledge and working independently. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ● Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members ● Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service ● Strong organizational skills with a passion for details ● Willing to learn all areas of the store and help train others ● Proven track record of being a team player ● Knowledge and experience of various departments is strongly desired. ● A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required. ● Availability must be flexible including evenings, weekends and holidays.
