Office Administrator (Part-Time) – Behavioral Health / Recovery Setting

Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time (with growth potential into Full-Time)
Location: South Easton, MA (In-Person)
Anticipated Start Date: Mid–Late March 2026

Overview

Rebuilding is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our outpatient mental health and substance use recovery programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, people-centered environment and is interested in growing within a mission-driven behavioral healthcare organization.

Previous experience in a healthcare, mental health, or recovery setting is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.

Schedule Options (Flexible Shift)

We are currently hiring for one of the following part-time shifts:

  • Morning Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

OR

  • Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Expected hours: 20 hours per week
This position has strong potential to expand into a full-time role as the organization continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations and maintain an efficient workflow
  • Assist in preparing common areas for daytime and evening clinical programming
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation within the EMR and physical records
  • Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Provide clerical support including data entry, scheduling assistance, and correspondence tracking
  • Assist with the admissions and intake process as needed
  • Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a welcoming clinical environment
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and clinical staff as necessary

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfort working in a healthcare or clinical office setting
  • Experience with administrative support, customer service, or medical office work is preferred
  • Familiarity with mental health or recovery environments is a plus

Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare or behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative/office support: 1 year (Preferred)
