<strong>Step into Your New Role<br><br></strong><strong> Our </strong><strong>Tampa , FL office has an opening </strong> <strong> for a part-time Administrative Services Specialist. <br><br></strong><strong> PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WITH EXPERIENCE IN ENGINEERING </strong><strong> OR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES<br><br></strong>We are looking for a highly motivated, organized individual who can assist in delivering on internal and external client requests in a fast-paced environment. The individual must demonstrate a working understanding of our business and be able to assist in facilitating the group's objectives.<br><br>The ideal candidate will work closely with the Administrative Supervisor to ensure the needs of the Tampa office are met in addition to supporting other offices remotely within the southeast area.<br><br><strong> Job Duties and Functions will include the following: <br><br></strong><ul><li> Responsible for all administrative functions of an office in support of project delivery, including: </li><ul><li> General office and personnel management </li><li> Ability to create, edit, and format documents </li><li> Knowledge of computer setup including cabling and monitor connection </li><li> Facilities , fleet administration , and tracking of certification trainings for EP&P team </li><li> Support project managers in contract management, document control, draft invoicing </li><li> Assist team with subcontractors and vendor set-ups </li><li> Responsible to maintain compliance with company policies <br></li></ul></ul>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are a must.<br><br><strong> Critical competencies required for this position include: <br><br></strong><ul><li> Strong communication skills - verbal and written; </li><li> Competent in Microsoft Office Suite; </li><li> Familiarity of Deltek desired; </li><li> Strict attention to detail; </li><li> Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals toward a common set of goals; </li><li> Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions; </li><li> A can-do, team attitude. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience:<br><br></strong>5 - 6 years of related experience, 2 - 3 years of business administration experience and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required.<br><br><strong> Education: <br><br></strong>Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school required.<br><br><strong> Computer Skills: <br><br></strong>Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
