Paid Social Expert basé à Montréal pour diriger et développer la pratique paid social à travers notre portefeuille clients dans les secteurs mode, beauté et autres industries.</p><p><strong>Objectif du rôle</strong></p><p>Relevant du VP Performance & Paid Social, le Paid Social Director agira comme leader stratégique et expert de référence en paid social pour notre portefeuille stratégique paid social pour plusieurs comptes clients clés.</li><li>Diriger ou contribuer aux présentations stratégiques, business reviews et discussions de performance avec les clients.</li><li>Traduire les objectifs business des clients en stratégies paid social claires, plans d’activation et cadres de mesure.</li><li>Assurer l’alignement entre stratégie, activation des campagnes, optimisation et reporting.</li><li>Construire des relations solides avec les clients, les équipes internes et les partenaires plateformes afin de soutenir le succès à long terme.</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership stratégique et innovation</strong></p><ul><li>Agir comme expert paid social interne et soutenir les équipes à travers le portefeuille nord-américain.</li><li>Rester à l’avant-garde des tendances paid social, évolutions des plateformes et nouvelles opportunités.</li><li>Collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires plateformes tels que Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn et Reddit.</li><li>Développer des roadmaps de tests, agendas d’apprentissage et initiatives d’innovation pour les comptes.</li><li>Identifier et développer des opportunités liées à l’automatisation, aux betas, aux alphas, aux études de mesure et aux nouvelles fonctionnalités plateformes.</li><li>Soutenir les opportunités de new business et les pitches grâce à l’expertise paid social.</li></ul><p><strong>Excellence opérationnelle et supervision des processus</strong></p><ul><li>Mettre en place des standards et une rigueur opérationnelle pour la planification des campagnes, le trafficking, le QA, le pacing et le reporting.</li><li>Fournir des recommandations stratégiques pour les comptes paid social complexes ou à fort impact.</li><li>Garantir un haut niveau d’exécution des campagnes sur les principales plateformes paid social.</li><li>Développer et maintenir la documentation interne, les playbooks et les meilleures pratiques.</li><li>Contribuer aux ressources de formation et au partage de connaissances afin d’élever le niveau d’expertise paid social des équipes.</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership d’équipe et management</strong></p><ul><li>Encadrer et accompagner les paid social media buyers et planners afin d’améliorer la performance des comptes.</li><li>Favoriser une culture d’équipe collaborative, requises</strong></p><ul><li>5+ années d’expérience solide en media buying et planning paid social.</li><li>Expertise démontrée sur les principales plateformes :</li><li>Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn et Reddit.</li><li>Bonne compréhension des stratégies paid social full-funnel et de l’architecture de campagnes.</li><li>Expérience en stratégie créative et contenu orienté performance.</li><li>Bonne connaissance des analytics, modèles d’attribution, frameworks de mesure et études de lift.</li><li>Expérience avec Google Analytics, Core Metrics ou des outils Performance & Paid Social, the Paid Social Director will act as a strategic lead and subject matter expert for paid social across our North American portfolio.</p><p>You will play a central role in shaping paid social strategy, strengthening operational frameworks, supporting client growth, and advancing innovation across platforms.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities
