Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and professional Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory across the state of Kansas. This is a field-based role ideal for a self-starter who thrives working independently, building relationships, and solving customer challenges in industrial and manufacturing environments.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, including purchasing agents, engineers, maintenance managers, and technicians, providing technical insight and tailored solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow your assigned territory through strategic planning and consistent outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions to support their operations
  • Represent company products with professionalism and deep product knowledge
  • Structure your week effectively:
    • Mondays: Planning, scheduling, and administrative work
    • Tuesday–Friday: On-site customer visits
  • Travel within the territory, with approximately 10% overnight travel (expenses covered)

  • Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
