Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Outbound B2B Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our shipping platform and services, and generating new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to develop their careers within logistics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis
  • Promote our products and services, highlighting benefits tailored to client requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM software
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or previous contacts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for client engagement
  • Update and manage customer information within CRM systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Achieve individual sales targets whilst contributing to team objectives

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is advantageous
  • Past experience in Logistics - courier, freight etc. is advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM software, like Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot etc. is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals
  • Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player
