The Operations Support Administrator is an integral part of our operations team and company mission to provide homeowners with a world-class experience. Throughout the duration of the remodeling project, this associate will process paperwork, track the progress of each project, and ensure that our internal systems are updated accurately. This focus on administrative processes directly impacts our ability to maintain constant communication with our homeowners.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent internal support from the point of sale through project completion, creating opportunities for a world-class experience

  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents to ensure adherence to project cycle times

  • Maintain accurate records and internal communication regarding remodeling projects

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience

  • At least 1-2yrs of Administrative / Computer Experience

  • Construction/Home Improvement Administrative Experience is Preferred

  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and multiple deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational skills
