Our Onboard team at Edinburgh are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Customer Service Assistants.

Whether selling refreshments from the Onboard shop or providing exceptional at-seat service with our delightful range of food and drinks in First Class, they help make journeys at 125mph a pleasant experience.

As an Onboard Customer Service Assistant, you will have: 

  • The ability to always provide excellent customer service.
  • Good attention to detail ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
  • A positive and proactive approach to the way you work.

  • The ability to work in a team
