Role Description
Full-Time, Part-Time, Per-Diem on-site roles for Nurse Practitioners located in: Santa Clara, CA - San Jose, CA - Sunnyvale, CA. The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality medical care to patients, including performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and providing preventive care and education. The role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner License and Certification (Must be licensed in California)
  • Active DEA license
  • Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Preventive Medicine
  • Strong clinical skills including physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting procedures
  • Treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in both pediatric and adult patients (0-100+)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently as a solo provider in dynamic clinical settings
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical, legal, and professional standards
  • Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications
  • Experience in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required
  • Master's degree from an accredited Nursing program
