You will be key in providing exceptional support and ensuring that our Norwegian-speaking customers enjoy a seamless gaming experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver back office support for inquiries from Norwegian-speaking customers, managing communications through various channels.
  • Collaborate with different departments to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, internal processes, and any discrepancies that arise.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
