The applicant must have a good knowledge of installations of level access shower areas. A multi-skilled Joinery background is essential, with the ability to carry out various elements such as Plumbing, Tiling, Wall cladding installations and general construction work. An enthusiastic attitude to learn and carry out different building trades will also be advantageous. The applicant must be able to work alone, as well as part of a team to deliver adaptations and internal property alterations to a high standard in what is a quick pace working environment.</p><p>We also have a dedicated projects team who carry out reactive repairs, building maintenance, refurbishments of different scales and new build extensions in schools and/or other public buildings.
