The ideal candidate should have a strong background in motion graphics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through innovative and engaging visual storytelling. Your key responsibilities will include: • Create and design engaging motion graphics content for various platforms including social media, websites, and digital advertising. • Create videos and animated banners, text, logo, character, or other kinds of animations to be used in videos, websites, emails, campaigns and other media. • Collaborate closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, product designers, and content creators, to develop and execute concepts. • Encode videos for any required format and uploading to media sources. • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. • Manage multiple projects and ensure that those are completed according to the stipulated timeframe while effectively applying our methodology and following quality standards. Your skills and competencies: • Experience working as a motion designer 3+ years • Solid experience with AI motion-design tools and the ability to create high-quality animations • Proven motion graphics and video editing experience • Professional proficiency in Adobe After Effects, working with plugins, and expressions. Creating 3D and 2D visual effects, and has good tracking, keying, and color correction skills.
